Terms And Conditions
- 1} After the payment of 15% amount, the booking will be confirmed
- 2} 50% payment before starting the program
- 3} In case the balance payment you are settling to the driver or through online, deduct the advance payment
- 4} Kilometer reading starts from and ends from garage to garage
- 5} Extra 5 % service tax on actual total bill amount
- 6} Interstate permit will be valid only 7 days round trip (Pondicherry interstate permit will be valid only 1 day), Permit copy and tax receipts will not be issued after the trip
- 7} Any extra charges like parking, Tollgate will not be shared by JR Travels
- 8} The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle
- 9} Customers want to take care of their belongings. We will not take responsibility for theft, missing, and damage to the customer products
- 10} Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited while the time of travel
- 11} A complete set of first aid box always available
- 12} For Outstation trips minimum, 300 KM is mandatory
Cancellation Policy
1} 100% of your total amount will be Non-Refundable if you do not notify us about your cancellation 1 day before of your booked trip.
2} 50% of your total amount will be Non-Refundable in case of booked trip cancellation.
