- Baggage Allowance: Porterage is not included in the tour package, and baggage allowance is based on vehicle capacity.
- Comfortable Travel: Well-maintained vehicles offer a comfortable and seamless travel experience with air conditioning, movable seats, and ample luggage space.
- GST Applicability: All vehicle package prices are exclusive of GST. The applicable GST rates are additional to the quoted prices.
- Meals and Accommodation: The package does not include meals or accommodation. These aspects are not covered and need to be arranged separately.
- Package Price Bargaining: There is no bargaining on the package prices as they are already discounted. The quoted prices are final.
- Traffic Congestion: In cases of traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, the journey duration may vary, and additional travel time should be considered.
- Unpredictable Weather Conditions: In the event of unpredictable weather conditions affecting the journey, including heavy rainfall or natural disasters, trip adjustments may be necessary.
- Customer Behavior: JR Travels reserves the right to refuse services to customers exhibiting unruly behavior, intoxication, or posing a threat to the driver, vehicle, or co-passengers.
- Re-routing Requests: Customer requests for route changes during the journey will be accommodated if possible, and any resulting tolls or additional charges will be borne by the customer.
- Payment Structure: For booking, pay 25%, 50% before the start, and settle the balance before the journey ends.
- Interior and Exterior Damage: Customers are solely responsible for any damage, both interior and exterior, caused to the vehicle during the trip. Additionally, if customers insist on taking congested roads that lead to external damage, the associated repair costs will be borne by the customer.
- Interstate Permit: Valid for a 7-day round trip (Pondicherry, 1 day). No permits issued post-trip.
- Vehicle Breakdowns: While we maintain our fleet diligently, unforeseen vehicle breakdowns may occur. In such cases, alternative transportation arrangements will be made promptly.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking and drinking strictly prohibited during travel.
- Booking Process: Follow the step-by-step booking process on our website for a seamless experience.
- Exclusions: All vehicle package prices exclude GST, airport & Nice Road toll parking based on actuals.
- Driver Batta: For local trips, Driver Batta charges will be applicable after 10 hours of service or beyond 10 pm to 6 am. Similarly, for outstation trips, any journey occurring between 10 pm to 6 am will attract additional Driver Batta charges.
- Minimum Kms/Day: 300. New billing starts as per calendar day.
- Bill Requirement: A 12% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied on the basic fare for the issuance of bills. This complies with current government norms, ensuring transparency and adherence to tax regulations.
- Lost Valuables: JR Travels is not responsible for lost valuables in the vehicle.
- Conclusion of Trip: Any extra charges beyond the agreed price should be settled before the journey concludes.
- Washing & Cleaning Charges: Applicable for stains, smells, vomit, or any messes.
- Factors Beyond Control: Charges due to factors beyond our control (flight delays, road blockage) are extra.
- Baggage Allowance: Provided based on vehicle capacity. JR Travels is not responsible for lost valuables.
- Complaint Notification: Any complaints about services or the vehicle must be reported within 7 days of the trip’s conclusion for consideration of refund or compensation.
- Prepone/Postpone: Changes in travel dates are treated as cancellations. Upgrading vehicles or changing dates involves cancellation charges.
- Booking Amount Non-Refundable: In the case of trip cancellation one day before, the booking amount is 100% non-refundable.
- New Price Acceptance: If the customer doesn’t wish to proceed with a new price, they can cancel the booking with respective charges.
- Guest’s Cancellation: If the guest cancels the tour due to unavoidable reasons, they must inform the company promptly.
- Air Conditioning Usage: Air conditioning is effective while the vehicle is moving, with additional charges for stationary use.
- Air Conditioner Availability: Air conditioners may not function well due to weather conditions or road conditions.
- Travel Convenience: Customers can stop worrying about parking, car problems, and road conditions, focusing on the journey while drivers manage logistics.
- Reasonably Priced Travel: JR Travels offers affordable prices for outstation travel, making it a cost-effective option for long-distance trips.
- Airport & Nice Road Toll Parking: Charges for airport and Nice Road toll parking are based on actuals and are not included in the package.
- Sightseeing Entrance Fees: All charges for sightseeing entrance fees are to be borne by the tourists and are not included in the package.
- Passenger Travel Insurance: The company does not offer passenger travel insurance for customers. Travelers are encouraged to arrange their insurance.
- Road Repair Delays: Delays caused by road repair work or construction activities may lead to an extension of the journey duration, and customers are advised to plan accordingly.
- Flexible Vehicle Upgrade: Customers have the option to upgrade their selected vehicle based on availability. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the upgrade.
- Trip Alterations: Changes in travel dates or vehicle preferences are permissible with prior notice. However, last-minute alterations may be subject to additional charges.
- Customer Feedback: We encourage customers to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Any concerns or complaints should be communicated within seven days of the trip’s conclusion.
